2. Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with respect to petitioner no.1, who was arrested during the pendency of the instant anticipatory bail application.
3. Permission is accorded.
4. The instant anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn so far as petitioner no.1 is concerned.
5. Petitioner No.2 apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 76, 303(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner no.2 is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman and the informant alleges that on 28.07.2025 at 08:00 a.m. when he was leaving for his shop on his motorcycle, when accused persons came and Sitesh Sah assaulted him by farsa causing injury on head while petitioner no.2 assaulted his brother by an iron rod causing injury on head and petitioner no.1 acted inappropriately with his mother and took cash of Rs.2000/-
7. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is further submitted that from side of the petitioner, Khirhar P.S. Case No.86 of 2025 has been instituted against the side of the informant and others. It is also submitted that petitioner no.2 is aunt (Chachi) of the informant and are having dispute relating to property, as such, she came to be implicated in the instant case.
8. Learned APP opposes the anticipatory bail application.
9. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, let petitioner no.2, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on

No.86174 of 2025(2) dt.19-01-2026 3/3 anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Khirhar P.S. Case No.84 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of B.N.S.S.
