2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 466 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Section 304 of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. The case of the prosecution in short is that two unknown miscreants snatched the mobile of the informant.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He also submits that the name of this petitioner has surfaced in this case, as the stolen mobile was recovered from him. He has purchased the mobile from one co-accused, namely, Mandeep Kumar. It has also been submitted that at most the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83854 of 2025(2) dt.11-12-2025 2/2 allegation against this petitioner is that of receiving stolen property. Moreover, a statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is languishing in judicial custody since 07.08.2025.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 466 of 2025.
