The petitioner has approached this Court for the following reliefs:- (i) For issuance of writ, directing the Superintendent of Police, Patna to arrest the respondent no.6, who is the main accused in Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No.570 of 2024, dated 07.10.2024, instituted for the offences under Sections 78, 352, 351(2), 79 of the BNS, 2023. (ii) For directing the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna to provide protection of the life of the

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.35 of 2025(2) dt.30-06-2025 2/2 petitioner and his family and the victim daughter of the petitioner who is being threaten to kill by the respondent no.6.

(iii) For any other relief to which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case.
