2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Lakhisrai P.S. Case No. 619 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 316(2), 318(4) and 61(2) of the BNS.

3. The prosecution case in brief, is that the informant's lands belonging to Khesra No. 195, Khata No. 100 of Jamabandi No. 122 has been fraudulently sold by the accused petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prosecution case is false and the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only due to malice of the informant. The informant is evidently making a desperate attempt to ventilate a stale civil dispute through the criminal process, and the petitioner's co-purchaser has already been taken into custody.

No.85175 of 2025(2) dt.16-12-2025 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the F.I.R. has been lodged only with an intent to build pressure upon the petitioner and her vendors without any actual basis for the criminal case. There are two Title Suits are going on between both the parties i.e. Title Suit No. 125 of 2024 and Title Suit No. 49 of 2025 with respect to the purchased property.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, this Court is inclined to extend him the privilege of anticipatory bail.

7. Let the petitioner be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisrai, in connection with Lakhisrai P.S. Case No. 619 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 of B.N.S.S., as also with the condition that one of the bailors should be close relative of the petitioner.
