Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a detailed representation before the concerned authority as the petitioner who is the adopted son of the deceased employee is ready to bring on record the succession certificate / No Objection Certificate from other legal representatives, if required in support of his claim.

3. The authority concerned must dispose of the
