2. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 103(1), 352 and 351(3) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner no. 1, Dharmnath Ray, assaulted Rajendra Rai on the head with a lathi, and petitioner no. 2, Dinesh Rai, assaulted the informant on the head with an iron rod.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not alleged to be the assailants of the deceased

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84017 of 2025(2) dt.04-12-2025 2/2 (Parma Rai). The injuries caused by the petitioners are simple in nature. The petitioners are in custody since 11.06.2025 and the charge-sheet has been submitted in this case.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and the period of custody, the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the above-named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj, in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 210 of 2025.
