Case No. 178 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of IPC. As per F.I.R. petitioner happens to be the father-inlaw of the deceased. Case is of dowry death. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against him. He is in custody for 07 months. Moreover, he is aged about 75 years. He is ready to ready to co-operate in disposal of the trial. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like
