2. Heard Mr. Abhay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr. Jharkhandi Upadhyay, learned APP for the State and Mr. Rajesh Sinha, learned counsel for the informant.

3. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Khagaria PS Case No. 722 of 2019 dated 14.09.2019, instituted under Sections 376(D), 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

4. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition.
