2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Sigauri P.S. Case No. 66 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the dead body of the deceased was found and the case was registered against unknown criminals.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioners in para-8 has stated that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9705 of 2024(2) dt.20-02-2024 2/2 petitioners are co-villagers and not related with the deceased who is said to have been killed by her in-laws. The petitioners are in jail since 24.05.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., Danapur in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No. 66 of 2023.
