The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Khagaria Muafassil P.S. Case No.204 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 149, 386, 448, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The gist of allegation is that the petitoner and other accused persons came over the land of the informant and demanded extortion. The accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant and others also made indiscriminate firing.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is counter version being Khagaria Mufassil P.S. Case No.866 of 2017 and thereafter the informant side lodged the present case.

No.75399 of 2018(3) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 Similarly situated co-accused Devendra Yadav has already been granted anticipatory bail by this court vide order dated 08.01.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No.78285 of 2018. Considering the facts and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that both sides appear to be on litigating term from before, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria Mufassil P.S. Case No.204 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
