JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-12-2018 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file objection under Section 9 of the Bihar and Orissa Public Demand Recovery Act, 1914.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file objection under Section 9 of the Bihar and Orissa Public Demand Recovery Act, 1914 in connection with Certificate Case No. 82/2017-18 pending before the District Certificate Officer, Samastipur and

Patna High Court CWJC No.22554 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 in case such an objection is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the District Certificate Officer, Samastipur shall consider the same and pass the final order under Section 10 of the Act, 1914.

Till the passing of the final order, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner herein. It is needless to state that in case no objection is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the District Certificate Officer, Samastipur shall proceed ex parte.
