2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 495 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8, 21(b) of the NDPS Act.

3. Allegedly, 100 gms of smack was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a lady and son of the petitioner was also arrested. Being the female member, she was not aware with the affairs of other family members. She has no criminal antecedent

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the fact that the petitioner is a lady, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Sessions Judge, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 495 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
