2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 30 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, when the informant was travelling in a passenger train, some unknown persons assaulted him and snatched away Rs. 5500 and some documents of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing was recovered from his possession.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the clean antecedents, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 30 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
