The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for following reliefs:- (i) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction, particularly in the nature of Mandamus, directing and commanding the respondent authorities, specially the Circle Officer, Gaya (Respondent No. 5) to mutate the land in the name of the petitioner situated in Mauza: Dubhal, bearing Khata No. 266, 267, Plot No. 425, 710 area 2.32 decimal under Town Anchal, District: Gaya as per the judgment dated 10.06.1986

Patna High Court CWJC No.436 of 2025(2) dt.22-01-2025 2/2 passed in Case No. 3652/81 and 3655/81 under section 106 B.T.Act and learned court has found that the aforesaid land had come in the name of ancestor of the petitioner namely Brij Yadav son of Mohan Yadav by way of Settlement Hukumnama and after vesting of Zamindari, the return has been filed in his name but during revisional survey there was wrong entry made, which has been corrected and recorded in the name of Brij Yadav regarding the aforesaid land.

(ii) And for any other relief/relief(s) for which the petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has filed mutation application before the Circle Officer, Gaya for mutation of his land in revenue records but still it is pending.

4. The concerned Circle Officer is directed to dispose of the application within a reasonable time frame in accordance with law.

5. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition stands disposed of.
