JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-12-2019 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The issue involved in the present writ petition is fixation of time-table for running of Bus.

From the materials available on record, this Court does not find any arbitrariness in the order impugned. The Court is of the considered view that it is better to leave it at the discretion of the Transport Authority to fix the time-table for running Bus under the scheme of Inter-State Stage Carriage and as such, indulgence of this Court in exercising jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is uncalled for.

Patna High Court CWJC No.390 of 2019(2) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 At this stage Mr. Randhir Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach the competent authority in the Transport Department who shall look into his grievance and pass appropriate order at the earliest. The Court hope and trust that on filing of representation by the petitioner in this regard before the State Transport Authority within a period of 15 days from today along with a copy of this order, the State Transport Authority will dispose of the representation in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt of the representation.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
