2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dinara Manas P.S. Case No. 443 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 292, 354 (C), 504, 506, 384, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 8, 12 of the Prevention of Children From Sexual Offences Act and Section 66(E), 67(B) of the Information Technology Act.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9244 of 2024(2) dt.09-02-2024 2/2 prays for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the learned court below on the same day without being prejudiced by this order considering the fact that there is compromise between the parties.
