The petitioner seeks regular bail in Tariyani P.S. Case No. 154/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30 (A) and 47 of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that from seizure list, it appears that illicit liquour was recovered from a house situated just behind the house of this petitioner. There is no recovery from conscious possession of this petitioner. He is in custody since 30.09.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
