2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Samastipur Mufassil P.S. Case No. 497 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354(B) and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of trying to commit rape upon a minor girl. The petitioner is in jail since 09.11.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. In view of the allegation levelled against the

6. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial.
