Patna High Court MJC No.4964 of 2019 dt.19-02-2024 2/2 Nawada will be well advised to pass an order and communicate the same on the representations of some of these appellants, especially appellants in LPA Nos. 817 of 2016, 807 of 2016, 809 of 2019, 901 of 2016 and 1237 of 2016, if it has not been done so far. The disposal of the representations must happen within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order."

2. In fact, opposite parties have committed Contempt of Court in not complying the order within time limit stipulated. There is enormous delay of about two years and few months. There is no application for extension of time to comply the orders of this Court dated 21.03.2018. In other words opposite parties have slept over the matters, therefore, instead of initiating Contempt of Court proceedings, the present MJC No. 4964 of 2019 stands dropped with cost of ₹5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only). Cost shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. (P. B.
