On the basis of confidential information hut of Baby Devi was searched and during course thereof, 55.07 litres of foreign wine (Indian origin) were seized. Then it has been alleged that during course of search, the prosecution party came to know that aforesaid recovered wine belongs to the petitioner. That being so, in the background of the principle so laid down by the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Ram Vinay Yadav v. State of Bihar as reported in 2019(2) PLJR 1089, let petitioner, RAKESH KUMAR @ RAKESH SAHNI be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks on furnishing bail bond of
