The petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 532 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case total 680 liters of liquor was seized from the house campus of the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner has been made accused in the instant case only on suspicion and he is in custody since 07.10.2018.

Considering the facts that the investigation of the case is now complete, let the petitioner named above is directed to be
