2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Trial No. 229 of 2023 arising out of Thakraha P.S. Case No. 04 of 2004 registered under Sections 353, 307, 324/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)(A), 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that petitioner along with other accused persons attacked police party, as a result, cross firing took place between criminals and police party. In the cross firing, a criminal namely Bharath Yadav was killed, who was the member of the gang of petitioner.

4. Having considered the nature of the accusation and the
