2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .
3 . As per the prosecution case , informant suspects that this petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons under the conspiracy committed murder of the father of informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant is not an eye witness to the alleged occurrence . Petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the ground that the dead body of brother of informant was found lying behind the house of petitioner. Only suspicion has been raised against this petitioner. It is further submitted that on the

No.1780 of 2025(2) dt.11-02-2025 2/2 alleged date and time of occurrence , petitioner was at her sasural and during course of investigation none of the eye witneses claim to have seen this petitioner committing the alleged offence . Petitioner is lady and claims clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned JM 1st Class, Daudnagar (Aurangabad ) Bihar in connection with Haspura P.S. case No. 116 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
