JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Giriyak (Katrisarai) P.S. Case No. 391 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 30, 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of 27 litres of foreign liquor from the possession of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and in fact nothing has been recovered from the petitioner. Further he has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody since 15.10.2018.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73539 of 2018(2) dt.14-12-2018 2/2 let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessins Judge -V-cum Special Judge Excise, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Giriyak (Katrisarai) P.S. Case No. 391 of 2018.
