Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is to have caused injury at the head of the informant with spade. Submission is that false allegation is there to save the skin from counter case lodged by the wife of the petitioner relating to an occurrence of commission of firearm injury by the prosecution side. Petitioner is in custody since 26.09.2018. Investigation of the case is complete. There is no allegation of repetition of blow.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4248 of 2019(4) dt.18-04-2019 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Gogri Police Station Case No. 312 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
