Petitioner is in custody in connection with Roh P.S. Case No. 147 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
In the instant case total 33 liters of liquor was seized. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and Section 100 Cr. P.C. was not followed in preparation of seizure list.
Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1355 of 2020(2) dt.29-01-2020 2/2 let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II Cum Special Judge, Nawada, in Roh P.S.
