2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for issuance of writ/writs certiorari of appropriate in nature for directing and commanding to the respondents to compliance the order dated 18.08.2018 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, (S.D.O.) Arwal, DistrictArwal and in case no. 113/2018 where by whereunder the sub divisional officer (S.D.O.), Arwal has initiated proceeding under section

636/1062 area 03. Katha situated at Baidarabad, P.S.-Arwal, District- Arwal and directed to district the construction work over the land in question but after issuance and service of order and notice the private respondent no.9 has not stopped the construction work over the land in question ignoring the order passed by the S.D.O. Arwal and as well praying for direction to the respondents for give possession of the petitioner over the land in question which has been illegally dispossessed by the private respondent No.9.

3. It has been informed by Mr. Arjun Prasad Singh that the matter has become infructuous and as such he may be permitted to withdraw the petition.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
