2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sonki P.S. Case No. 62 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 310(4), 310(5), 317(5) and 111 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, upon secret information, the informant along with other police personnel reached the place of occurrence, apprehended two accused persons and others managed to escape. On the confession of apprehended persons, the petitioner's name came in the F.I.R.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case and nothing has been recovered from his house or his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88743 of 2024(2) dt.05-02-2025 2/2 possession. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and he is languishing in jail since 09.09.2024.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Dharbhanga in connection with Sonki P.S. Case No. 62 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

7. Before accepting the bail bond of the petitioner, the learned court below shall verify his criminal antecedent and if it is found that he is involved in any other case except the present one, his bail bond shall not be accepted. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Neha/- U T
