JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-01-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to pay the arrears of salary with effect from July, 2002 till date, in terms of the judgment dated 13.08.2014 passed by this Court in M.J.C. No. 6342 of 2013 and other analogous cases.

Per contra, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents shall examine the case of the petitioner and in case the same is covered by the aforesaid judgment dated 13.08.2014, similar relief would be given to

Accordingly, the respondent no. 7 is directed to examine the case of the petitioner in light of the aforesaid judgment dated 13.08.2014 and in case it is found that the petitioner is similarly situated, then similar relief and consequential benefit shall also be given to the petitioner herein within a period of six weeks from today.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
