JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 06-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for O.P.No,.2 as well as learned A.P.P. It is unfortunate that the present litigation is with regard to disruption of marital life by way of second marriage at the end of the husband (petitioner). In the background of the aforesaid event, it has been submitted at the end of learned respective counsel that the matter needs in depth scrutiny which could be only materialized at the end of the learned lower court. Accordingly, directing the petitioner Baidyanath Sharma @ Vaidhnath Sharma to surrender before the learned lower court with a prayer for bail within four weeks from today,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80558 of 2019(4) dt.06-07-2020 2/2 whereupon learned lower court will allow the petitioner to enjoy provisional bail, procure physical attendance of O.P.No.2/ informant, namely, Rinku Devi and will try to sort out the existing differences and in case, the matter happily ends, then in that circumstance, the provisional bail being availed by the petitioner will be confirmed, otherwise learned lower court will pass appropriate order in accordance with law. The instant petition is being disposed of in terms thereof.
