The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 225 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The allegation is regarding the accused persons having assaulted the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as far as the petitioner is concerned, it has been alleged that he had pointed out that the informant was going through the way and then the other co-accused persons are said to have assaulted the informant. It is further submitted that the injuries, if any, found on the person of the informant, are simple in nature. Lastly, it is

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Dinara P.S.
