2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous application has been filed for modification of order dated 27.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57890 of 2023 due to the reason that in the paragraph no.7(ii) of Cr. Misc. No. 57890 of 2023, Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 967 of 2020 has been wrongly typed in place of Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 967 of 2022 due to miscommunication with the petitioner. As such, in the order sheet, Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 967 of 2020 has been typed which requires modification. Counsel fairly submits that earlier also another modification was filed in which modification was allowed in paragraph No. 7(xvii).

3. In the light of the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner, let the Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 967 of 2020 be read as Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 967 of 2022.

4. With the aforesaid directions, this application is hereby allowed and order dated 27.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57890 of 2023 is modified up to that extent. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Aman Kumar/- U T
