Petitioner seeks bail in Rajnagar PS Case No. 32 of 2017 registered under Sections 115, 400 of the IPC and Section 25(1-B)A, 25(1-AA), 26(1) and 35 of the Arms Act. It is submitted by the Counsel for the petitioner that other than his name is being disclosed by Shatrughan Yadav there is nothing to implicate him in the case. He has neither been arrested on the spot nor any recovery has been made from him and merely on the basis of suspicion and his antecedents he has been roped in the instant case wherein he is in custody since 28.6.2017.

Considering the aforesaid submissions as also the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76024 of 2018(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Madhubani in Rajnagar PS Case No. 32 of 2017.
