Case No. 269 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Recovery of 80 liters of country-made liquor from the motorcycle of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody for about 3 months. Charge-sheet has already been submitted and as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
