JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-07-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though most of the retiral benefits have been received by the petitioner herein, hence the petitioner may be permitted to approach the departmental authorities in case any amount of retiral dues are pending for payment.

Per contra, the learned counsel for the Bank and the learned counsel appearing for the State have submitted that all the retiral dues of the petitioner has been paid. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn.
