Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, considering the averments made in the preset petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct for restoration of the contempt petition bearing M.J.C. No. 2987 of 2019, to its
Patna High Court MJC No.4970 of 2019(2) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 original file, subject to the petitioner removing the defects, as pointed out by the registry in the aforesaid contempt petition, within a period of four weeks' from today as also subject to payment of a sum of Rs. 500/- with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee, Patna within the aforesaid time frame. The present petition stands allowed on the aforesaid terms.
