2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 354, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., allegation against petitioners is that they alongwith other co-accused persons prepared a forged and fabricated sale-deed to grab the land of informant. It is further alleged that all the accused persons assaulted the informant by fists & slaps, disrobed her and co-accused Kamala Mahato is alleged to have snatched Mangalsutra of informant worth Rs. 50,000/-.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per F.I.R. itself, specific accusation is against co-accused Kamla Mahato. So far as these petitioners are concerned, they are identifier and witness respectively to the alleged sale-deed. They are neither vendor nor vendee of the land in question.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate - XI, Siwan in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 317 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
