The petitioner is in custody in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 156 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 363, 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that police has submitted charge sheet against this petitioner and there is no progress in trial and the petitioner is in custody since 25.07.2017.

Under the aforesaid circumstance, the Court below is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74800 of 2018(3) dt.29-01-2019 2/2 directed to expedite the trial on day to day basis and conclude the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
