JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-12-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 75 of 2019, G.R. No. 299 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per F.I.R., there is allegation against the petitioners of assault, abuse to the informant and causing injury. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that F.I.R. is disclosed there was some altercation between the parties, taking advantage of that, the present case has been lodged with the ornamental allegation.

Having heard both sides, considering the above
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80584 of 2019(2) dt.10-12-2019 2/2 submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-I class, Khagaria, in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 75 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
