The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 280 of 2022 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 28.06.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12319 of 2023.

In compliance of the order dated 20.03.2024, a status report has been received dated 03.04.2024 by which it appears that trial will be concluded within a period of twelve(12) months.

No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of
