Petitioner is accused in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 277 of 2019 registered under Sections 302, 120(B) of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Only on the basis of suspicion, petitioner has been made accused in the present case. In the whole case diary, there is no material against the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 14.08.2019. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be
