JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 9416 of 2019, arising out of Khajekala P.S. Case No. 459 of 2019, for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 24.10.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 89.64 litres of country made liquor was seized. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise Act,
