2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 361 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have killed the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an old lady of 72 years and she is innocent and have committed no offence as alleged against her.

5. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and she is in jail since 24.09.2023.

6. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1565 of 2024(2) dt.18-01-2024 2/2 prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Gaya in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 361 of 2021.
