JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 20-12-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's claim of enhancement of age of superannuation to 65 years is pending before the authorities. A copy of the representation is annexure 5 to the writ petition. Attention of the Court is drawn towards order dated 9.10.2018, passed in case of Anita Jamuar arising out of C.W.J.C.No. 22009 of 2014 whereby the State authorities have been directed to consider claim of the petitioner on the line of age of retirement of teachers affiliated or constituent unit colleges of the University regulated by the Bihar State University Act or by Patna University Act, and take appropriate decision authoritatively with regard to enhancement of age of superannuation of the petitioner within a maximum period of
Patna High Court CWJC No.23233 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 four months.
Since said decision takes care of the grievance raised by the petitioner, instant case is also disposed of in terms of the said order.
Needless to say that the decision whatsoever is taken in respect of claim, arising out of C.W.J.C.No. 22009 of 2014 would apply to all equally.
