The petitioner seek bail in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No.337 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under sections 354-D/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 12 of the POCSO Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he used to follow the victim girl and wanted to establish physical relationship with her.

The petitioner is in custody since 05.11.2023.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner as well as his period of custody, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, POCSO Act -cum- A.D.J.-VI, Kaimur at Bhabhua, in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No.337 of 2023.

This is subject to the condition that petitioner shall mark his attendance in Durgawati Police Station, DistrictKaimur at Bhabhua on first and third Sunday of every month.
