2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"a. Payment of Compensation amounting Rs.1,01,42,808 (Rupees One Crore One Lac Forty Two Thousand Eight Hundred Eight) to the Petitioner in lieu of

Patna High Court CWJC No.21 of 2025(5) dt.13-07-2026 2/3 the Acquisition made by the Respondents for construction of Head quarter of S.S.B 12th Battalion, Kishanganj, for which land of the Petitioner (detailed in Paragraph No.4 of this application) has been acquired vide Notification dated 07.05.2016.

b. Payment of interest upon the award amount since the date of preparation of award i.e. Award No.10 dated 27.07.2022 in favour of the Petitioner.

c. Payment of Compensation of Rs.

10,00,000 to the Petitioner for mental and physical agony suffered by him due to nonpayment of compensation amount of his acquired land and making him run from pillar to post for payment of his legal claims. d. For any other relief/reliefs for which the Petitioner is deemed entitled for".

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance stand redressed and as such, he would like to get the matter disposed of, though liberty be granted to agitate so far as the interest amount is concerned.

4. Learned State counsel has no objection.

5. Granting said liberty, the writ petition is disposed of.
