The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 693 of 2019, for the offence under Sections 379, 411 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in committing theft of a motorcycle. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.08.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.08.2019, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing
