It appears that though the case arising out of Supaul P.S. Case No. 412 of 2018, but in the fifth paragraph of the second page it has been recorded as to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Patna instead of learned CJM, Supaul.

The said mistake perpetuated in the order since it has wrongly been mentioned in the prayer portion of the petition. In the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the petition.

The order dated 16.01.2019 is modified to the extent that the petitioner has to furnish bail bond of Rs.10,000 (ten
