Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petitioner has been filed for directing the Circle Officer, Islampur, Nalanda, to enter the name of the petitioner at Raiyati Column in online mode on the website of Land Reforms Department, Government of Bihar. In this regard, an order has been passed in Mutation Case No.46/02-03 on 10.10.2002 by Circle Officer, Islampur as he claims. Counsel submits that for entry of his name on the website of Land Reforms Department,

Patna High Court CWJC No.7 of 2025(2) dt.20-01-2025 2/2 Government of Bihar petitioner has filed representation on 04.01.2021 and 23.01.2021 but till date no decision has been taken by the Circle Officer, Islampur (respondent No.5).

3. Learned Counsel for the State submits that a direction may be given to respondent No.5 that he shall take decision on the representation considering the genuineness of the said mutation order from the records.

4. In the present facts and circumstances, this writ petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to file a fresh representation before respondent No.5, who upon verification of the said representation shall pass a reasoned and speaking order within 90 days from the date of receipt/production of the representation along with copy of this order.
