2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Beldour P.S. Case No. 128 of 2022 arising out of G.R. No. 1607 of 2022 registered on 17.06.2022 for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the allegation made in the FIR, petitioner, along with other accused persons, entered into the house of the informant and opened fire upon the informant and his family member, due to which, mother of the informant had sustained fire-arm injury and died in course of treatment.

4. Considering the fact that there is direct allegation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2674 of 2024(4) dt.20-07-2024 2/2 against the petitioner of committing murder of wife of the informant, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

5. The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial considering the fact that charge has been framed and any delay in trial will lead to violation of Article 21 of the Constitution.

6. Accordingly, the present bail application stands dismissed.
